Regarding product returns and exchanges

 

 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer convenience.

 

*If the product is defective or damaged during use, please notify us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product. If we confirm that the product is defective or damaged, we will issue a refund or replacement. We will bear the shipping costs for returning the product. 

*Defects and damage related to use do not include minor scratches or stains on the shipping box, packaging paper box, or bottle container. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Refund (if applicable)

 

If we confirm that the product is defective or damaged, we will refund or replace it. If you would like a refund, please let us know via the inquiry form and return the item within 7 days of receiving the item. We will refund the full price of the product and shipping costs.

 

You will need your order number to complete your return.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If the information you entered is correct, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time after we complete the refund process for you to actually receive your refund.
